Gears of War 2 – 21x Experience For 4th of July Weekend

This weekend all the way until July 5th you will have the opportunity to gain 21x the normal experience in Gears of War 2. This is once again an obvious event where Epic is trying to tell it’s fans that in Gears of War 3, you will get something pretty damn cool for being rank 100 in Gears 2. For the 4th of July, you will also get 4-times the normal amount of ammunition for the Hammer of Dawn and the mortar so you can make some fireworks happen in Gears, just in case there is nothing going on around where you live.

Ok, now Epic is basically just handing you over XP to get you to level 100, because as everyone knows, you will get something special in Gear of War 3 for being level 100 in Gears 2. The times 31 xp multiplayer event begins October 29(today!) through Monday, November 1. Happy Halloween from Epic Games!

Red Dead Redemption Double XP Weekend To Celebrate New DLC

All weekend long Red Dead Redemption players with have a chance to gain double experience. This is in celebration of the just recently released Liars and Cheats DLC. The double XP event will end an 11:59PM ET on Sunday. The Liars and Cheats DLC cost 800 Microsoft Points or $9.99 and along with being able to play poker with your friends online the DLC will includes the following updates.
