Naughty Dog’s The Last of Us: Remastered was revealed mere weeks ago for the PS4 and stated to be arriving in June, notorious for being “E3 month”. US retailers are now listing the release date of the game as June 20th.
This is according to Target, Best Buy and GameFly, though again, this hasn’t been officially confirmed by Naughty Dog or Sony. It would seem just about right though – E3 2014 runs from June 10th to 12th, which lets The Last of Us: Remastered release a mere week after the conference is over.
The Last of Us: Remastered is a revamped version of the PS3 hit, which will feature a 1080p resolution and overhauled visual style to better showcase the PS4’s power. It will include all the previous DLC, including the Left Behind story-based content. Will you be picking up The Last of Us: Remastered for PS4? Let us know in the comments.
