There’s seemingly no stopping Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy, Vicarious Visions’ remake of Naughty Dog’s classic Crash Bandicoot games, as it achieves its sixth week at the top of UK game charts. As per Gfk Chart-Track, it spent the highest number of weeks in the top spot for a PS4 exclusive and the most number of weeks at number 1 for any game this year.
Fallout 4 managed to rise up to second place thanks to price promotions from Bethesda. The same promotions also helped Dishonored 2 reach fifth place and DOOM hit sixth place. Grand Theft Auto 5 continues its run, placing third place, while Splatoon 2 stays at sixth place. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is in seventh place while Rainbow Six: Siege, Forza Horizon 3 and Battlefield 1 round out the charts.
A number of big name titles arrive this week including Agents of Mayhem, Observer, Sonic Mania (for consoles at least) and even Night Trap 25th Anniversary. Which one could possibly dethrone Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy at this point remains to be seen.
