UK Game Charts: FIFA 14 at Number One Again

Despite sales being down and sales for Call of Duty: Ghosts being up.

This week’s UKIE Game Charts are in, courtesy Gfk Chart Track, and EA Sports’ FIFA 14 is at number one yet again. Even though sales are down 32 percent and Call of Duty: Ghosts, which came in second, is up 41 percent in sales, the football simulator reigns supreme yet again.

Meanwhile, Battlefield 4 is at third place while Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag is in at fourth place. Rockstar Games’ Grand Theft Auto V is still at number 5 which indicates that it won’t be leaving the top 5 any time soon. Considering the popularity of GTA Online and Rockstar’s support for the same, expect it to be like this for a while.

In sixth place is LEGO Marvel Super Heroes, followed by Need for Speed: Rivals, Killzone: Shadow Fall and Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition. Sega’s Aliens: Colonial Marines is at tenth place which is as surprising as could be but perhaps the positive reception towards Alien: Isolation has something to do with it.
