Despite first week sales down by 50 percent from last year’s Black Ops 3, Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare has staved off tough competition to secure a third week on top of the UK all-formats sales charts according to Gfk Chart-Track. That’s despite sales being down by 46 percent this week.
This week, it managed to deflect the debuting Watch Dogs 2 which released in second place. Sales for the sequel aren’t too hot – as per MCV, sales are down by 80 percent from the original. Meanwhile, FIFA 17 rose to third place in the charts while Battlefield 1 rose to fourth place. WWE 2K17 witnessed a 173 percent increase in sales thanks to retailer discounts.
Forza Horizon 3 is in sixth place followed by Dishonored 2 (with sales down 52 percent week on week) and The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim Special Edition. Grand Theft Auto 5 is in ninth place and the only other new debut is Assassin’s Creed: The Ezio Collection in tenth place.
