I think you will find that if you translated the Russian, you would see it does not refer to GTA IV. I know that Niko is not Russian.

My favorite foe is a CIVILIAN who becomes a NAZI ZOMBIE who gets arrested by the POLICE and then put the jail with GANGSTERS who later on become INFECTED, a few days later ALIENS spread a massive attack on earth, you become a WARRIOR so you can save the planet, you go into a MECH, kill a few aliens, and just before the area you are in blows up you jump into an ACE and run away.

best enemy ever!
