World of Warcraft Legion Release Date Leaked, Expected by September 2016

Pre-purchase bonuses revealed.

Blizzard Entertainment’s annual BlizzCon event is on November 6th to 7th but many of its major announcements have already been leaked. One of those is the release date for World of Warcraft: Legion, the next major expansion in the MMORPG’s lineage.

According to a listing on Battle.net, Legion is expected to release “on or before September 21st 2016”. The image also showcases some interesting pre-purchase bonuses like early access to the Demon Hunter class and a level 100 character boost. Those who pick up the digital deluxe edition for $69.99 will receive an in-game mount and pet along with content for Starcraft 2 and Diablo 3. The standard edition will be available for $49.99.

World of Warcraft: Legion will feature quite the array of new features including new dungeons and raids, the aforementioned Demon Hunter, customizable artifact weapons, The Broken Isles as a new continent and an increased level cap of 110.
