World of Warcraft Patch 6.1 Adding New Anti-aliasing Options, Twitter Integration

Pwned a raid boss? Now you can tell your friends about it.

A new patch is on the way for World of Warcraft thanks to its deployment in the public test realm. The 6.1 patch will include some new graphical features which includes support for MSAA, SSAA+ and CMAA anti-aliasing along with Nvidia’s HBAO+.

Perhaps the most defining new feature is Twitter integration. You’ll now be able to tweet out anything you’re doing whether it be netting loot, defeating hordes of enemies or just hanging around. You can also capture screenshots and attach them to your tweets.

Other changes include those to the user interface which you can read more about here.

World of Warcraft recently received a new expansion in the form of Warlords of Draenor which added a ton of features and content to the game. Blizzard Entertainment is also working on Overwatch, a multiplayer first person shooter recently revealed at Blizzcon. What are your thoughts on the latest patch for WoW though?
