Microsoft’s Xbox One X arrives in a little more than three months worldwide and while you currently can’t pre-order the so-called “most powerful console ever”, that won’t be the case for much longer.
As per Xbox head Phil Spencer on Twitter, pre-orders will be opening soon. He responded to a user’s question on the same by noting that the plan for this is “set” with “all approvals” being done and how it “won’t be too much longer.”
Announced at E3 2016, the Xbox One X was recently revealed at this year’s E3. It possesses a 6 teraflops CPU that promises 4K support in current Xbox One titles. While not every game will support native 4K, several titles – both upcoming and previously released – will offer enhancements to current titles. Forza Motorsport 7 is perhaps the best representative for the console since it will feature native 4K/60 FPS gameplay.
Priced at $500, the Xbox One will launch worldwide on November 7th. Crackdown 3, featuring the ever-charismatic Terry Crews, will launch alongside it. More information on the open world action title will be coming at Gamescom in August.
