A Plague Tale: Innocence Accolades Trailer Celebrates The Game’s Reception

Focus Home Interactive puts out a trailer to celebrate the game's strong reviews.

A Plague Tale: Innocence launched over a week ago, and it’s fair to say that the game has been a success story for developers Asobo Studio and publishers Focus Home Interactive already. It launched to great critical reception from both critics and audiences, and currently sits at an Opencritic score of 81.

Now, Focus Home have put out a new accolades trailer celebrating the critical success, highlighting the praise the game has received from various outlets and compiling it for the video- including our own review as well. If you click on that link, you’ll see that we quite loved A Plague Tale: Innocence as well, awarding it a score of 9/10, and saying that it has “the heart of an indie game, and the sheen of a AAA blockbuster”.

A Plague Tale: Innocence is out now on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. If you’re hoping that this success will mean the developers will want to return to the vivid world they’ve created with a sequel, or even DLC, don’t hold your breath- it doesn’t look like they’re planning on doing so.
