Amazon UK had accidentally made a listing for upcoming wrestling game, AEW: Fight Forever, live. The listing revealed details about the game, and Twitter user D1 Climax was also able to grab screenshots and box art for the game.
The Amazon UK description for AEW: Fight Forever reveals little in the way of new details for the game, but it does state that the game will feature tag team matches with online co-op, offering sequences of team maneuvers performed with simple commands.
AEW: Fight Forever will also feature a “deep” career mode, wrestler customisation, multiple match types, and signature AEW arenas. Match types will even include unsanctioned matches, which likely refer to the Lights Out and Barbed Wire matches that AEW has featured on its weekly shows.
Some of the match types include singles, tag team, three-way, four-way, ladder, Casino Battle Royale, Falls Count Anywhere, Unsanctioned Lights Out, Exploding Barbed Wire Death, and online co-op matches.
The game also hopes to bring back arcade-styled wrestling, along with a deep roster.
New gameplay for AEW: Fight Forever was revealed back in May, featuring AEW’s Kris Statlander and Nyla Rose, essentially confirming their spots on the roster. The box art also indicates that CM Punk, Kenny Omega, Jon Moxley, Chris Jericho, Jade Cargill, and Dr. Britt Baker will be present in the roster.
AEW: Fight Forever doesn’t yet have a release date, but rumours indicate that the game might be coming out in September. The Amazon UK listing would also indicate that the release date is coming soon.
