A few days back we reported that the PC version of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey was facing an issue where several PCs with older processors were unable to run the game without AVX support. Ubisoft had promised a resolution to the issue soon, and with the latest patch, which is update 1.03 on PC, that has been fixed.
The patch also brings a few other fixes with it. Instances in the game where dialog with Barnabas wouldn’t be triggered have been fixed. Meanwhile, issues with Benchmark have also been beed addressed- Benchmark can now record with Windows 7, while issues with rainy weather during Benchmark sessions have also been fixed. Finally, an issue where VRAM meter was not updating in real time has also been addressed.
Assassin’s Creed Odyssey has now been out for a week for PS4, Xbox One, and PC, and since its launch, it’s been doing very well, both according to Steam figures, and as per Ubisoft themselves. It’s well deserved too, because it’s an excellent game- you can read our review here.
