Assassin’s Creed Syndicate is now available on the PC platform and just like its predecessor, it’s heavy on hardware. This means if you don’t have the appropriate hardware to run this game, expect a lot of issues. If you are not able to get pass the intro screen of the game, uninstall the game and try installing it on C drive. We know this is not the best solution but it has worked for some players. If you are facing random crashes, make sure you have updated drivers for your GPU.
If the game is crashing then you need to run UPlay as Administrator and try disabling the UPlay overlay from the application’s settings. If the cutscenes are muted during gameplay try switching off surround sound in your computer’s audio control panel. If you are facing performance issues such as low frame rate per second, you need to make sure that your PC is meeting the minimum requirements. These can been read below. Furthermore, Ubisoft recommends that you download latest drivers for your respective Nvidia and GPU cards. Please note that the recommended setting will the run the game at 1080p and 30fps.
It must be noted that Syndicate is a rather hefty on requirements and you would need a ridiculous level of hardware to run it at 1080p and 60fps. So expect a few frame rate drops here and there even if you meet the recommended settings.

Note: Given that the wide range of PC hardware out there, the fixes mentioned here may or may not work for you. But it’s worth giving them a shot since these have worked for players who own the PC version of Assassin’s Creed Syndicate.
