Looks like DICE and EA are sending out another round of invitations for some alpha testing of the upcoming, highly anticipated World War 1 shooter Battlefield 1. And this time, it appears that Xbox One and PlayStation 4 players get to join in on the fun, too!
As was noted in this NeoGAF thread, a lot of people have received invites to join in on a fresh round of alpha testing for Battlefield 1 recently, and this includes console players as well. If you are among the lucky ones, then you get to play this hotly anticipated game now, months ahead of its official release this way.
If you’re not, however, you don’t need to despair, because EA and DICE have both hinted at a (hopefully) wider beta test for the game coming up some time in the future as well. Battlefield 1 is due out in October on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
