PS4 owners will soon be able to pre-load the eagerly anticipated Battlefield 1 to their systems from PSN. According to listing spotted by BFCentral, it seems as though the World War 1 first person shooter will be available to PS4 owners to download on October 16, five days ahead of the game’s launch on October 21.
In addition, Early Enlister purchasers will be able to play Battlefield 1 starting October 18 across all platforms. Early Enlister will be separate from EA Access on Xbox One and PC, which will separately allow subscribers to those services to start playing the game as early as October 13.
Battlefield 1 will apparently be a hefty 42GB on PS4, though this is still less than the colossal 130GB in disc space that Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and Modern Warfare Remastered will require, at least on the PS4. Battlefield 1 will be available on Xbox One, PC, and PS4 later this month.
