Black Tusk and Microsoft Research Collaboration Leading to “Interesting Gameplay Mechanics”

Phil Spencer also says that "gameplay is looking great".

Microsoft’s Phil Spencer revealed that of the many studios working on exclusives for the Xbox One, Black Tusk Studios is one of them. The game was teased at E3 2013, even though the project is still unnamed. A series of tweets do offer some new details, minuscule as they may be.

Answering a query from a fan on Twitter, Spencer stated that:

As of now, there are little to no gameplay details available. It could be innovative. It could be something new. We sure hope it’s fun though.

The Xbox One will be launching on November 22nd worldwide and will feature, among other titles, Dead Rising 3, Forza Motorsport 5, Ryse: Son of Rome and third party titles such as Call of Duty: Ghosts and Peggle 2 with its launch line-up. There are still other titles to be revealed, and it’s assured that we’ll be seeing more details for Black Tusk’s project at TGS 2013 on September 19th to 22nd.
