It’s going to be a big day for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. The official unveiling of the game’s multiplayer will come later in the day (you can see the full schedule through here). But in the meantime, we’re getting little bit here and there to tide us over. For something a little different all together, we got a look at the game’s big special edition and the impressive bonus it comes with.
Leon Hurley of GamesRadar got a look at the big premium edition, which Activision is calling The Dark Edition. It will come with a full sized pair of night vision goggles. You can see the pictures below to get an idea of what they will look like on your face. It’s somewhat of a throwback to Modern Warfare 2‘s Prestige Edition, which included similar, but much less complex (or at least complex looking) goggles. No word on price, yet, but I’m doubting it’ll be cheap.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare will release on October 25th for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
