Call Of Duty: Warzone Adds Solos

150 players go in, only one comes out.

The Call of Duty franchise went all in on the battle royale genre with Call of Duty: Warzone. The game is either part of the latest mainline Call of Duty: Modern Warfare or as its own separate download. Up until this point, the game has been all about your squads, and players have been enjoying themselves in masse. But now they’ll be able to have a purer form of battle royale with Solos.

Warzone already is the biggest battle royale game out there, with plans to make it even bigger, and with Solos you can now fight in a bloody free-for-all. 150 players will come into a game, but only a single one will leave the victor. This puts the game in touch with its battle royale roots of every man for himself.

Call of Duty: Warzone is available now on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, with Solos mode live across all versions. You can read our review of Warzone through here.
