After entering Steam Early Access in early 2017, Funcom’s Conan Exiles is now finally available for PC, Xbox One and PS4. Given the number of issues at launch and expectations behind the release, the amount of work put into the game has been fairly noteworthy.
On Steam, Funcom celebrated the game’s launch by detailing the number of features added. The map size has gone from 15 square kilometers to 40 square kilometers, a feat accomplished thanks to the recent launch of the Swamp and volcano biomes (the latter housing the strongest metals). The Forgotten City of Xel-Ha and Lemurian City are other sights to experience.
About 60 resources, 195 building pieces, 150 consumables, 296 weapons, 245 player animations, 183 monsters and a whole range of other features have been added to the game since its Early Access launch. Check out the handy infographic below to see just how the final product stacks up to its first iteration. Creative director Joel Bylos teased that more would be coming as well, noting that “This is only the beginning.”
