The Crash Bandicoot series made a triumphant return to the limelight with 2017’s excellent Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy, and carried that form right into 2019 with Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled. Both were great remakes of older classics, and proved to the masses that Crash very much still had life left in him. Demands for a proper full-fledged sequel have been high, then- and we’re going to get it soon… just not the way you would’ve thought.
As discovered by Twitter users JumpButton and Motwera, it seems the next Crash Bandicoot game is going to be an endless runner, similar to Temple Run, made by Candy Crush studio King – who are, of course, owned by Activision-Blizzard. It seems the money Call of Duty Mobile has earned for the company has led to them bringing other properties to mobile as well- we just hope this isn’t the only new Crash game we get in the imminent future. Take a look below.
Though this is an unverified leak, it has to be said that it looks legit. Expect an announcement from Activision regarding this shortly.
