Death Stranding Director’s Cut Launches on March 30th for PC, $10 Upgrade Available for Base Game Owners

The Director's Cut will cost $40 and supports save transfer for current owners of the game. PC requirements have also been revealed.

505 Games has announced that Death Stranding Director’s Cut, the enhanced version of Kojima Productions’ action adventure game, will release on March 30th for PC. It will cost $39.99 on Steam and the Epic Games Store. However, current owners can upgrade to the new version for $10 (though the base game must be installed to avail of the same).

But that’s not all – existing players can also transfer their save progress over to the Director’s Cut. More details on the same will be provided closer to release though. Finally, the publisher announced the minimum and recommended PC requirements – check them out below. They’re fairly modest overall but you’ll still need 80 GB of available storage space.

Death Stranding Director’s Cut is currently available for PS5 and adds new tools, structures and missions along with a firing range and racing circuit. Check out our review here and stay tuned for more details in the coming weeks.
