Death Stranding PC Update Enables Save Export Ahead of Director’s Cut Release

The Director's Cut releases on March 30th for PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store. Base game owners need only pay $10 to upgrade.

PC players of Kojima Productions’ Death Stranding, take note: Update v 1.07 is now live on PC. It provides one very specific function – enabling the export game save data to the Director’s Cut when it launches next week.

Having first launched for PS5 (check out our review here), Death Stranding Director’s Cut is essentially an enhanced version of the game. It adds new facilities like the Firing Range, which also offers ranked trials to test one’s skill. There’s the Fragile Circuit for proper races with Time Trials. Eight new tracks have been added to the music player along with the ability to battle previous bosses again.

The new Maser Gun has also been added along with some new missions that encourage a stealthy approach. Death Stranding Director’s Cut launches on March 30th for PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store.
