Fallout 4 Mods Receiving Beta on Xbox One After Far Harbor Release

One million mods downloaded on PC thus far.

Bethesda Softworks’ Fallout 4 will be receiving mods for Xbox One this month following the release of the Far Harbor DLC.

According to an announcement on Twitter, there will be a beta for the mods on Xbox One. Though a specific release date hasn’t been provided, Far Harbor is out on May 19th so you can expect it soon after.

The beta should be similar to the PC beta which is currently open for all and allows you to install mods from directly within the game. The PC version has been doing fairly well with its mods thus far – since the Creation Kit went live, Bethesda reported more than one million mods have been downloaded.

Fallout 4 mods will begin arriving for PlayStation 4 in June. If you need something to occupy you right now, then Survival Mode went live for Xbox One and PS4 recently. What are your thoughts on all the Fallout 4 content? Let us know in the comments below.
