Bethesda have already confirmed that Fallout 4 will be fully playable in VR when it is made available for HTC Vive next year- but for those of you who simply cannot wait to explore the wasteland in VR, the good news is, you can do it now. Apparently, Trinus VR, a tool which allows players to enjoy SteamVR and other non-VR games on the PlayStation VR, fully converts the game into a playable VR game.
To play Fallout 4 in VR using PSVR, you will need a copy of Fallout 4 on PC (so no, the PS4 version won’t work with this), as well as a PlayStation VR headset. After that, you need to run the game via Trinus PSVR, which the tutorial below will walk you through.
That, or you can wait for the official Fallout 4 VR release next year, which right now is confirmed just for HTC Vive. Fallout 4 is right now available on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
