Of the many high-profile releases this year, it’s hard to discount Giants Software’s Farming Simulator 19. You think we jest but the franchise has had an extremely popular following over the years. The developer has promised its “deepest” sim yet though, and we’ll be able to experience it on November 20th for Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
Along with planting and harvesting crops, players can also make use of “hundreds of faithfully reproduced” vehicles and tools. Selling crops is also essential, and the developer is spicing up the variety with cotton and oats thrown in. You can also expect to ride horses for exploring the vast three maps that Farming Simulator 19 ships with. Other animals include livestock like pigs, cows, chickens, and so on.
Perhaps the most appealing aspects of the game will be its 16-player online multiplayer and support for community mods. We’ll have to wait and see how the latest iteration pans out in terms of content (along with the variety of mods on consoles and PC). But regardless, Farming Simulator 19 looks to be more of the same relaxing experience for fans.
