FIFA 20 Still On Top Of UK Charts, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Sees Sales Spike

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare also hangs on to second place.

FIFA 20 was on top of the weekly UK sales charts last week, unsurprisingly, and as per data provided by UKIE / Gfk Chart-Track, the sports title has topped sales in the UK once again this week (via GamesIndustry). Meanwhile, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare has also managed to hang on to its second placed finish from last week.

The big change comes at No. 3, which is occupied by Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. The kart racer saw a significant spike in sales, with a week-over-week increase of 29 per cent, partly thanks to a new Switch bundle. Meanwhile, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order gets pushed down to fourth spot as a result. Pokemon Sword and Shield are still in the top 10, with Sword placed No. 5 and the blatantly inferior Sirfetch’d-less Shield dropping down to No. 10.

Just Dance 2020 is in at No. 6, with a sales increase of 16 per cent. Incredibly enough, the game’s Nintendo Wii version (no, that’s not a typing error) outsold its PS4 and Xbox One versions. The rest of the top 10 features Luigi’s Mansion 3, Sea of Thieves, ad Minecraft for the Xbox Oe.
