Final Fantasy 15 Delayed to November 29th – Rumour

Apparently delayed by two months.

Square Enix’s Final Fantasy 15 is apparently being delayed. The action RPG was set to release on September 30th for Xbox One and PS4 but according to Gamnesia, this has been changed to November 29th.

A source from GameStop management is cited with promotional materials to not go up until after August 14th. That could probably mean an official announcement on the delay is set to arrive soon from Square Enix. And if you’re still somewhat skeptical about this report, then Gematsu stated that one of its own sources confirmed the accuracy of Gamnesia’s report.

Anything is possible of course but if Final Fantasy 15 is really being delayed, it’s not the end of the world. September is fairly crowded in terms of releases anyway with ReCore, Forza Horizon 3 and Shantae: Half-Genie Hero (you laugh but we’re totally serious). The same goes for October with Titanfall 2, Battlefield 1 and Mafia 3. Regardless, stay tuned for an official announcement from Square Enix in the meantime.
