Fire Emblem: Three Houses Introduces Leader of House of the Golden Deer, Claude

Claude is a leader who’s good-natured but slow to trust.

Nintendo has been slowly teasing the story elements of the upcoming Fire Emblem: Three Houses, the next installment in their strategy RPG series. We’ve got a look at some of the game’s major characters, the leaders from two of the houses in the game’s academy setting- the cool-headed Edelgard of the Black Eagles and the dignified Dimitri of the Blue Lions. Now we get one at the leader of the House of the Golden Deer, Claude, and his good-spirited nature that masks a hard to win over leadership attitude.

As you can see from the video below, we see Claude introducing himself to the player as they meet at Garreg Mach Monastery. He’s a good natured, smiling fellow, but tells you up front he’s not quick to trust people, so dealing with him will be tricky. He is heir to the aristocratic family that’s at the head of the Leicester Alliance.

Fire Emblem: Three Houses will release exclusively for the Switch on July 26th, and you can take lot at what we know about the game’s characters and mechanics while you wait.
