A firmware upgrade really shouldn’t be a big deal, but considering that this one also marks the launch of PSN Plus, we thought you might be interested.
The latest firmware upgrade for the PS3 system hits 29th June, and it will be a mandatory install in order to be able to subscribe to Playstation Network Plus, Sony’s paid online service that gives subscribers access to exclusive contecnt such as wallpapers, DLC, games and demoes and more.
