Gearbox promised some new information on its upcoming projects and while we didn’t hear anything about Borderlands 3, CEO Randy Pitchford did tweet about the studio looking to hire new people.
“We are recruiting for next Borderlands. This is the big one. Industry badass? E-mail me: heyrandy@gearboxsoftware.com ”
Gearbox has been tossing around ideas for Borderlands 3 for the past few months, even before the release of The Pre-Sequel in October. There has been no concrete information on the third game as of yet but if the ending of 2K Australia’s shooter is any indication, it’s certainly on its way. Gearbox is also working on Battleborn, an online class-based shooter with PvP and co-op elements.
