While it’s not exactly what people expected, and some fans are not especially excited about due to the VR-only nature, Half-Life: Alyx will be the return to the Half-Life world while hopefully being gateway to more games in the legendary franchise down the road. The game will kick off the next week, but you will be able to pre-load it sooner.
As announced via the official Valve Twitter, the game will release next Monday at 10 am Pacific Time. But you will be able to pre-load the game come this Friday. You can see the link to the listing below, and there will be a 10% discount for pre-ordering.
