At E3 2012, Microsoft showed off a new app which let’s you control the Xbox 360 with any tablet, and later they also revealed a new tablet that is designed specifically for Windows users and according to a new report, Halo 4 will work with the tablet called the Microsoft Surface.
We actually don’t know how in-depth the integration will be, but it remains to be seen how it is implemented and whether it will actually enhance the game. Microsoft’s Don Mattrick confirmed this functionality at a Gamesbeat 2012 panel.

Halo 4 is set four years after the ending of Halo 3 and kicks off a new trilogy of games dubbed the “Reclaimer Trilogy.” Master Chief is awakened by Cortana when the derelict spaceship they are in drifts near a mysterious Forerunner planet that is actually a Dyson Sphere.
The game will be released on November 6th exclusively for the Xbox 360.
