343 Industries has finally added Grifball to Halo 5: Guardians and while the reception has been positive as a whole from the community, there a few issues that need to be ironed out. This includes the ability to be banned for betraying your teammates when Gravity Hammer splash damage goes wrong.
While the player being betrayed in question does receive a message for “marking” the betrayer, this can often be chosen by mistake, thus disconnecting the offending player from the match. 343 Industries is looking into changing betrayal thresholds to combat this issue.
Other exploits like throwing the ball into areas out of bounds, leaving the arena and so on. Regardless, expect fixes to roll in soon and exploits to be patched in the coming weeks.
In the meantime, what are your thoughts on Grifball thus far? Is it worth the wait? Let us know in the comments and stay tuned for more information fixes.
