Microsoft had previously announced it was going to be rolling out collector’s and limited editions of Halo 5 Guardians along with some rather ridiculously priced bundles. Now we know that at least those bundles are actually bringing content someone might want.
The game’s official website has now listed what people can get along with both editions. The Limited edition is going to cost users $100 but comes with a ton of stuff, including a Spartan themed Steelbook as well as dossiers on both teams that take center stage in the game. You’ll also get a 14-day free trial of Xbox Live Gold as well as the animated Halo: Fall of Reach series.
The Collector’s edition costs a massive $250 and brings you everything that the limited edition title brings with the added item of a statue of The Master Chief and Spartan Locke appear as a team – but there’s another story… the statue splits and they separate, ready to face-off. Both of the editions are now available from the website and Halo 5: Guardians is due out October 27.
