Halo is Microsoft’s flagship game franchise (though you wouldn’t know it from the way Microsoft has handled it recently). What this means, then, is that Microsoft always goes all out to ensure Halo gets everything. From servers to graphics, to marketing to overall game presentation, Halo gets the benefit of truly getting everything.
So it seems to be the case for Halo 5: Guardians, the fifth mainline Halo game that is due out later this year, as well. Apparently, 343 Industries has managed to get some pretty big voice talent on board for the game. At least, they certainly implied that on their Twitter today:
“Hardcore Halo lore fans would lose their minds if they knew who’s voice we recorded today,” Frank O’Connor wrote, prompting a flurry of speculation and guesses, one of which, apparently, was right (though he would not tell us which one).
