343 Industries’ Halo 5: Guardians has gone gold but it seems retail copies are already available in the market. Users have gotten their hands on the game and are already beginning to post screenshots of the box art, with one particular set of images on Imgur (via GameSpot) stating that “up to 60 GB” of installation space would be required.
The “up to” part is understandable since it’s not only the base game with its campaign and multiplayer with Arena and Warzone that require a ton of space. 343 Industries will also be releasing free map packs and the Forge update in December. There will also likely be updates and if the Master Chief Collection is any indication, they won’t be small. All this together means you’ll require a hefty amount of free space on your Xbox One.
Halo 5: Guardians is out on October 27th for Xbox One along with the Xbox Elite wireless controller. Will you be playing it? Let us know in the comments below.
