Way back in 2012 the game Journey released on Sony’s PS3. It was a unique experience then and in the years after there’s been nothing quite like it. A blend of distinct art styles and a hard to describe online infrastructure, it’s something like nothing else. And soon, it’s going to be open to more people.
The game was brought to PC via Annapurna Interactive’s publishing last year, making it one of the first Sony published titles to come to the platform. It’s been timed exclusive to the Epic Games Store since that release, but in June it will finally launch on Steam just over one year after the release on Epic. You can see the official announcement below as well as a link to the Steam store page.
Journey is available now for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PC (via the Epic Games Store) and iOS. The Steam version will launch on June 11th.
