Little Nightmares was released for the PC, PS4, and Xbox One back in 2017. The game garnered attention for blending its whimsical characters and setting with a deeply unsettling atmosphere. Now, according to the game’s programmer Peter Maandag Linkedin résumé, he’s now working on ““porting Little Nightmares to Nintendo Switch using Unreal Engine 4”.
The studio that Mandaag is working for is called Engine Software and it is already responsible for a number of Switch ports including Oceanhorn and Monopoly. As of now, however, take this information with a grain of salt and just wait until we receive official confirmation regarding the issue.
This is certainly exciting news for Switch owners, as the game has a lot of interesting things to offer to players. The game has also been continually updated with content, with the final DLC pack having been released only recently. Little Nightmares is currently available for the PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
