Lumines Arise Releases on November 11th, Free Limited-Time Demo Now Available

The demo for Monstars' latest includes three Journey Mode levels and Burst Battle in multiplayer (with cross-play support).

Enhance’s Lumines Arise, a trippy new addition in the cult classic puzzle series, launches on November 11th for PS5 and PC with support for PlayStation VR2 and SteamVR. The Standard Edition retails for $39.99, but there’s also a Digital Deluxe Edition for $44.99, which packs Loomii avatars and name plates from Rez Infinite, Tetris Effect: Connected, and Humanity (and Astro Bot for PS5 players).

In the meantime, a free demo is available, with three stages from Journey Mode and the cross-play online mode, Burst Battle. It’s live until September 3rd, local time, and an extensive trailer is available to explain everything. Check it out below.

The full game features more than 35 stages, and similar to Tetris Effect and Rez Infinite, it promises a synesthesia-like experience with its visuals and music. It also introduces the Burst Mechanic, which effectively pauses time after matching a Square and allows for stacking even more for higher scores. Stay tuned for details in the coming months.
