Mad Max is going to be getting PS4 exclusive content- just don’t expect it to be the kind of major content that the Destiny PlayStation exclusive content, or Xbox exclusive FIFA Legends players amounted to. It’s pretty inconsequential, really, and mostly purely cosmetic.
Basically, the PS4 exclusive goodies for Mad Max are 12 extra hood ornaments. They make absolutely no difference to how the game plays (though admittedly they do make for some nice references and easter eggs for the movies), and aren’t even going to be exclusive for all that long- apparently, the exclusivity period ends in November.
Talk about half assed.
Mad Max has been developed by Avalanche Studios, who are better known for creating the Just Cause games, and will be published by Warner Bros. It launches on September 1, which is an unfortunate date for any game to be launching on this year, and it will be coming to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
