Mega Man Zero/ZX Legacy Collection Will Feature New Z Chaser Mode

The collection will add a new mode based around time attack and multiplayer.

It was announced earlier that a new Mega Man themed collection would kick off 2020 with the Mega Man Zero/ZX Legacy Collection. Releasing the Zero and ZX games, that were originally released across the GBA and Nintendo DS, the collection will bring together a sort of lost arc in the Mega Man series. And it won’t just be a straight port collection, as it will get a new mode in the form of Z Chaser.

The mode was revealed via the video below at TGS 2019. It’s broken down into three seperate sections: Single Chaser, Double Chaser and World Record Chaser. Single Chaser will see you trying to beat the clock across multiple levels and difficulty settings where every second counts. Double Chaser sees the same situation but with addition multiplayer of racing against a friend. And finally, World Record Chaser allows you to download data from top ranked speed runners, letting you challenge their time.

Mega Man Zero/ZX Legacy Collection will release January 2020 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch and PC.
