Konami’s Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes will be releasing on PC tomorrow via Steam but there’s been some confusion regarding the system requirements thus far.
Though Konami did publish the requirements on the official Steam page not too long ago, these changed somewhere down the line. It was Siliconera which pointed out that the minimum requirements now asked for 4 GB VRAM and a GeForce GTX 650 despite the fact that the GPU does not feature that much video memory.
Thankfully, a Konami spokesperson got in touch with VG247 and noted that, “The specifications have been changed a couple of times on the Steam site it seems. The definitive ones will be up on the MGS page tomorrow and the Steam page shortly after.”
Will they be even close to as hefty as the last set of requirements? Time will tell but for now, we’re hyped to be playing Ground Zeroes on PC. How about you? Let us know in the comments.
