Filmmakers Freddie Wong and Brandon Laatsch have graces us with a parody of the recently released hack ‘n slash adventure title Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance. Check it out after the break.
The video takes us through the daily routines of the game’s protagonist Raiden, which includes a vigorous exercise schedule, suit maintenance, and of course slicing bad guys to a million pieces. For a parody, the video is extremely well done with techniques and effects that could pass for a short Hollywood film, not to mention had us laugh uncontrollably. Take a look for yourselves and let us know what you think.
Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance is a spin off title of the MGS series, and stars Raiden. Revengeance pushes aside the stealth formula the franchise is synonymous for, in favor of high adrenaline rush hack ‘n slash gameplay. You can check out our full review over here.
