Mojang’s second paid DLC for action RPG Minecraft Dungeons will be rolling out next month. Creeping Winter releases on September 8th and takes players to new wintry region with new missions and enemies to combat. Like Jungle Awakens, you can expect new armor pieces, weapons and artifacts to be added as well.
The DLC will be available standalone and for those who purchased the Hero Edition. A new free update will also go live on the same day, adding new Merchants that can be rescued. After that, they’ll relocate to your camp and provide services like a Blacksmith to upgrade items and a Gift Wrapper for trading items in multiplayer.
The update will also add Daily Trials which are “difficult, experimental or fun” challenges that players can run through. Minecraft Dungeons will also have a physical launch on September 8th, allowing fans to own it for Nintendo Switch, PS4 and Xbox One in collectible form.
