Though Capcom revealed the return of the Mother Goddess of Gold to Monster Hunter World between May 25th to May 31st, Kulve Taroth’s Siege now has a fixed date. According to the developer on Twitter, Kulve Taroth will be available to battle on May 24th, 5 PM PST. If you’re in Europe, she’ll be available on May 25th, 1 AM BST.
Unlike other event quests, Kulve Taroth requires players to head to the Gathering Hub and enlist with 15 other players. These players then break off into groups of four, collecting tracks and breaking parts off Kulve Taroth to raise the Pursuit Level.
Once it’s high enough, they can target her horns for the best rewards – Melded Weapons that are similar to existing weapons but with added bonuses and stats. The Siege quest will also likely award Bushi tickets again for crafting the two new sets of Layered Armor.
Capcom will likely reveal other plans for Monster Hunter World at E3 2018 including plans for the PC version, the rumoured G-Rank and so on. It already confirmed that Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate, the Western localization of Monster Hunter XX, would be coming to Nintendo Switch on August 28th.
