More Atlus Games Could Come to PC, Sega Suggests

This time we most definitely will see it coming.

Today, history was made in a sense—Catherine Classic was announced for PC, marking the first time in a very long time that an internally developed Atlus game came to the platform. And, of course, Catherine’s presence on the system suggests bigger and better things in the future. For instance, take Shin Megami Tensei, and of course, Persona—who’s to say that those might not come to PC soon too, right?

There’s good news on that front, since, speaking to PC Gamer, Sega (who own Atlus) suggested that more Atlus games could come over to the platform in the future.

“We hope to have more exciting news to share from Sega/Atlus in regards to publishing on PC in the future,” a Sega representative told the outlet.

I hope this means Atlus games stop being bafflingly and perplexingly exclusive as they have been all this time. Hopefully, games like Shin Megami Tensei, Persona, and Etrian Odyssey will get the success that they deserve by being on more and more platforms from now on.
