After Forza 6: Apex‘s announcement for Windows 10, Microsoft has now confirmed that its next Forza game will feature the Lamborghini Centenario as its cover car. The vehicle was highlighted in a new teaser and Microsoft promised more details at its E3 2016 presser.
“We’re not quite ready to unveil the title or any big details on the next Forza game yet – you’ll have to wait for our Xbox media briefing at June 2016’s E3 for that.”
One thing is for sure though – this new Forza game will have the “largest and most diverse car list of any video game franchise this generation.”
Microsoft didn’t confirm whether this would be the next Forza Horizon (last year’s release was Forza Motorsport 6). Thus far, the company has been alternating between Turn 10’s Motorsport and Playground Games’ Horizon series over the year so it’s a given that Forza Horizon 3 is expected.
