EA’s announced that the test beta for hockey game NHL 17 will be up on PS4 Xbox One in July. The beta will have a couple of modes availalbe including the EA Sports Hockey League, Hockey Ultimate Team, and the Online online versus modes. Players will have access to North America and Europe content in the beta.
As of now, it’s not yet clear as to whether the beta will be closed or open to all. EA registration site appears to indicate that registering early for the beta will give players early access–it’s possible that we’re then looking at a phased beta rollout, with an initial closed phase followed by a public beta.
