Nintendo Could Have Over 20 Unannounced Switch Games Primed For E3, New Leak Suggests

This E3 could be a massive one for the Big N.

Nintendo’s E3 Direct, scheduled for June 11th, has the potential to be an excellent one. They’ve already announced startling number of Switch games – many due out this year itself – as it is, so it should be interesting to see what it was that they were saving up for E3. Then there’s the fact that their recent Super Mario Maker 2 Direct, and the upcoming Pokemon Sword and Shield one, means that Nintendo are clearing up the considerable amount of time those two would have taken, which means there’s something else that they want to focus on.

As per a new leak, there might be a lot more. Over on Twitter, @New_WabiSabi has uncovered some interesting stuff from GameStop’s database. Apparently, their internal database has placeholder listings for over 20 new Switch games. Most of them are listed as $60 games, and one apiece at $40 and $50 (which could be ports of older titles). There’s also one listing each priced at $90 and $200, which are likely for limited editions.

These being placeholder listings definitely suggests that they’re unannounced titles (which are most likely a combination of both first and third party games yet to be announced). While these listings themselves don’t really tell us much about what these games are going to be, they do clue us into the fact that there’s plenty of new announcements coming in soon.
