The Persona 5 Premium Event is due for tomorrow, less than 24 hours from now, but Atlus have started the festivities little early, by sharing some brand new videos for the game on NicoNico. These videos have been archived by DualShockers, which you can now watch below.
The videos show, variously, the game’s combat, dungeons, daily activities, social links, dating, demon negotiation, minigames, crafting, and more. They show a game that seems to be far beyond the scope of Persona 3 and Persona 4, but still unmistakably retains the series’ distinct sense of identity and style.
Persona 5 is due out on the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 in Japan on September 15 this year, with the North American release following on February 14 in 2017. A release date for the game has not been announced for Europe, but we know the game will be launching there courtesy of Deep Silver some time next year, presumably a little while after the North American launch.
